• For reservations we accept Mastercard , Visa and Debit Card.
  A deposit of 25% of total amount is required upon reservation.
  Balance of payment is due 45 days before date of arrival to secure your reservation.
  For a reservation less than 45 days before arrival, full payment is required.
  For a one night reservation only, full payment upon reservation.
  Minimum charge of $100 for cancellation. For cancellation less than 45 days before arrival, deposit is non refundable unless we can secure an alternate booking.

Terms and Conditions

• Check-in is 4:00pm or later. Check-out is 11:00am or earlier.
• I.D. and credit card is required upon check-in.
• A charge of $35 for each additional person in a room.
• Guests arriving later than their scheduled check-in day or departing earlier. than their check-out day is responsible for the total cost of their reservation.
• No smoking is allowed inside the premises.
• No pets of any kind is allowed.
• Use of illegal drugs in and around the premises is prohibited.
• Unruly behaviour is not tolerated.
• Guests are responsible for breakage and missing inventories in the guest room.

• The owner agree not to sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names and personal information of their guests without prior written consent from the guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violations. The owner also agree to not use guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the guests.
